How Referrals and Payments Work

Last updated: October 2026

This disclosure explains Kentuckypilot Tree Service's role and how the service may receive payment. You should understand both before using it. This document is a general template and does not offer legal advice.

The Connection We Provide

Kentuckypilot Tree Service is a referral and marketing service that connects homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We perform no tree services, including removal, emergency or storm work, stump grinding and trimming.

A call placed through the website or a submitted form may go to an independent provider. It may instead reach a marketing partner working with providers serving your area.

When We May Receive Payment

Providers or marketing partners may pay Kentuckypilot Tree Service for referred calls, submitted forms or other referrals. Whether a call is answered and how long it lasts are examples of factors that may affect payment. We may receive compensation even when you choose not to hire anyone.

These payments do not alter the provider's charges to you. The provider sets the price, and you pay that business directly for agreed work.

Who Is Responsible for the Work

Providers operate separate businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Kentuckypilot Tree Service. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Quotes, prices and service terms
• Work quality, safety and scheduling
• Licenses, insurance and certifications
• Communication and conduct toward you

A connection through Kentuckypilot Tree Service does not endorse the provider's work. Our payment arrangements mean the provider you reach may depend on which businesses are participating in the network at that time.

Deciding Whether to Hire

Receiving a referral creates no obligation to hire the provider. We encourage you to raise questions, check insurance, obtain a written quote and compare quotes from other providers before making your choice.

Tracking and Recording Calls

Calls placed through this website may be tracked. Some may also be recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
