Our Role and Website Limitations

Last updated: October 2026

Read this disclaimer before using kentuckypilot.living. It is a general template and does not constitute legal advice.

What Our Referral Role Includes

Kentuckypilot Tree Service operates a referral and marketing service connecting homeowners with independent tree removal providers. Providers carry out property work. Kentuckypilot Tree Service does not fell trees, clear fallen trees, grind stumps or trim branches.

What a Referral Does Not Promise

A referral does not endorse a provider. We offer no warranty concerning work quality, timing, price or results, or provider availability in your area at any particular time. Providers bear responsibility for their licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

Understanding the Content

Website information is general and does not replace arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Trees and properties differ, so guidance relevant to one job may not fit another. Discuss your circumstances with a qualified provider.

Reading Cost Ranges

Any prices shown are typical U.S. ranges rather than project quotes. Actual costs depend on the job, location, tree size, access and other conditions. Obtain a written quote from the provider before work starts.

Checking Insurance Coverage

Insurance content gives general information. We cannot determine whether a loss falls within your coverage. That depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. Direct coverage questions to your insurer or insurance agent.

Keeping Clear of Hazards

Tree work and fallen trees may involve electrical lines, falling wood and damaged buildings. Avoid exposing yourself to danger. Keep away from downed lines and contact your utility company. Contact local emergency services first when life or safety is at risk.

Payment for Referrals

Providers or marketing partners may pay Kentuckypilot Tree Service for connecting them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains these arrangements further.

Limits on Accuracy

We make an effort to keep website information correct and up to date. We offer no warranty that the information covers everything or contains no errors.
