How to Tell Us About a Problem
Last updated: October 2026
Kentuckypilot Tree Service wants homeowners to receive fair and honest treatment when they contact the service. Please tell us when something goes wrong. This page describes the complaint process and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Matters You Can Raise
You can report concerns about:
- Your experience contacting Kentuckypilot Tree Service by phone or another method
- The handling of your personal information
- Website information that seems incorrect or unclear
- Conduct by a provider you reached through our referral service
Problems With a Provider's Work
Providers in our network run independent businesses. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem with work at your property, raising the issue directly with the provider is usually the first step. Keep a written record of that discussion.
Please also let us know. Provider feedback helps us support honesty within the network. Repeated shortcomings may result in a provider's removal. Kentuckypilot Tree Service cannot resolve contract disputes, refund charges for provider work or decide matters on a provider's behalf.
Details to Include
Send your complaint to contact@kentuckypilot.living. Include:
- Your name and contact details
- When you contacted Kentuckypilot Tree Service or the provider
- The number you dialed or form you submitted, if remembered
- The provider's name, if available
- An explanation of the problem and the action you would like us to take
How We Handle Your Message
We will send an email acknowledging your complaint, usually within a few business days. Our review may involve contacting the provider to understand what happened. After reviewing the matter, we will explain our findings and any action we are taking.
Asking for Another Review
If our response leaves your concern unresolved, reply and request another look. You may also approach your state's consumer protection office, attorney general or local Better Business Bureau. A state or local licensing office may be another source of help for concerns involving licensed contractors.
